Advertise on Best Text Games

In an effort to help cover hosting costs and other improvements to my list of the best text based games I am searching high and low for game owners that would like the opportunity to advertise on the site.

If you visit the site (besttextgames.com), you will see the positions available.

For the 125x125 ads on the home page, game categories, and game search pages I am charging $5 a pop for exactly 31 days of advertising.

If you are interested in any of the other ad positions you see on the site they are all available if you make me an offer

Traffic to the site is at a steady 200 visitors per day (only half of them are voters, the other half comes from search engines), and that count is rising slowly but surely.
I expect next month to reach 250-300 visits per day, so don't be surprised if the prices go up, get em while they're hot!

I saw one of your posts on Digital Point and added my game. It's a good looking web site, but I don't know if you get enough traffic for it to be really worth it to advertise there. If you get 200 visitors a day, chances are that only one or two of them will click on an ad. I would recommend that you just use an ad network until you get more traffic. There are a couple that I would recommend that are for browser games and they are Leet and AdvertiseYourGame.

You should use the google model. People deposit $5.  And then you charge an amount for each click.
So if your site does not have many visitors $5 would last a lot more than 31 days.
Also you should not be greedy and start putting google ads everywhere. It makes your site load slower, and it creates visual pollution. When a site has too many ads, it becomes unpleasant and people don't come back.
For example, you have a sponsored link between the game description and the comments area, that totally steals the attention and breaks the experience.

hiigara you have made some good points.
I got rid of the ad between the game and the comments, but Im going to keep the other adsense ads up for now.
The pay per click system is a good idea, but I have something else in the works that you'll all see soon enough
