I got an invitation mail, however
..a) link was invalid, but it's fixable by removing "--persistent-browser-based-game", leaving only /pbbg/
..b) it was partially in Slovakia, I wonder if everyone got it the same...I actually don't mind as I'm Czech, takže tomu rozumím, ale...

This is kinda weird


However I'm not sure it's necessary as the GG seems to me pretty similar to this forum and I might be afraid of forum losing it's value should
we use GG as well...and IRC, I don't really know it, is the history stored? The forum is also valuable because it stores a lot of knowledge and
is not only immediate ask-get answer...although some minor problems might be much easy to do via some IM, I agree

Oups i'm sorry i didn't know that google write something extra in mail :-) I hope that it isn't big problem  :-)

No, as you think, irc doesn't have any type of history. But i think that litle problems, don't need to be archived for future. I think that irc is good place to immediate discussion about probs or ideas, better than forum.

Forum is useful thing for big projects and huge problems, but for immediate help is IRC better way. Sorry that is only my opinion.

And I realize I'm pretty new here, but why join an irc/mailing list admined by someone whose first post was to announce it? How do we know you're not a jerk?
