I'm a bit confused... at first it seemed like a forum RPG, but clicking around, it seems like the site has no real direction..

When someone comes to the site, they should know what they're going to do. IMO the last link should be your homepage, it's more apparent from that page that this is an actual game and not a forum-based RPG or fansite.

Overall, I know this isn't a "review my game" thread, but I think your site would greatly benefit from some consolidation efforts. Get your message across front and center. Cut the endless paragraphs of text (SEO on games isn't usually worth it anyway IMO) and work on grabbing the potential player and sucking them in.
