Downloads - Script Vault Replacement

Ok, I've finished the changes and the Script Vault has been removed. What we've added is a Downloads section (button is above between Members and Logout). Currently there is only one category, Scripts, which is available to all Members. In the future, we can add additional categories and assign only certain groups if we feel it would be beneficial to hold something back until a member is more established. I have moved everything from the previous forum over to the new section. I have also assigned ownership to the appropriate person where applicable so that they can edit their original work / uploads. Please let me know if there are any errors or questions.

I'm not sure this is a good idea... leaking not only stolen source but really bad source? This is just making life even harder for people looking to learn PHP and develop a website IMO whilst increasing the amount of browser games which pop up only to come and spam "legit" websites then disappear a few months later...

I just transferred all of the files that were already in the Script Vault to the new section. If you feel that a DL is not a good script in general, use the comments and rating system to illustrate that. If a majority finds something more detrimental than helpful, it can always be removed. If you feel something is a violation, please use the report feature. I have no idea what the original source of that script was, but we'll look into it and see if it is actually pirated.
