Javascript Countdown

Can anyone do me a MASSIVE (to me its massive) favour...

Write me a function in Javascript that counts down in this format:  hh:mm:ss

name the function  countDownT(minutes)

minutes - Basically all i want to put into the count down is the number of minutes left... I'll be using AJAX/PHP to do that If I can figure that out I'm sure I can I'm getting pretty good at it.

I'm a complete newbie when it comes to Javascript =] I only started learning today... if there is a level below newbie(besides the famous 'n00b') then thats me! lol

Any help would leave me forever in your debt
