On my site when people donate for points they send me a message with thier paypal id thing and i send the points, how would I get this auto?

You need to write a PHP or othersuch script to take the response from the PayPal IPN and then update your game data accordingly.  Paypal has examples and so forth posted, IPN stands for "instant payment notification".
