How do I make a bit of info update?  Not so the whole page updates..

Its an iframe and I want the inbox bit to update without the whole screen refreshing. Could piss you off if you wrote loads then its all gone. Lol

This is where you'd want to use some AJAX. AJAX will enable you to perform a server request (such as sending data to autosave or whatever you're doing) without refreshing the whole page.
