Is making a wiki going to improve your game or get new features in it faster? Because if not then you really should really just use an off-the-shelf one. Many people use MediaWiki. It's powerful and popular since it's also used to power Wikipedia.
But if you really meant make as in "build" I would discourage you from building your own blogging, forums, or wiki. None of that makes your game any better.
