Is anyone familiar with these? Is the setup below optimized enough? And what exactly the parameters mean if you know :D

I can't say that I'm familiar with eAccelerator or Zend Optimizer, but my understanding of caching points to your values being good - you might want to read up on configuring your cached keys(a quick look through the docs points to that feature allowing you to cache certain values in shared memory).

If you're looking to speed up your execution times, you may see some gains from switching servers as well - I recently converted a site from Apache2+PHP5 to nginx + PHP5 via FastCGI and saw some pretty large gains(although I didn't benchmark them, so this is all anecdotal).
