Erm didn't you just post how do I make a forum and how do I make a chat room?
If you can't do these simple tasks then how can you help someone on there game?
If your a designer and not a coder then show us some of your work. There are people that can get a brush set, apply opacity add a font and call themselves a "web/graphics designer". Hell I can do those things and I still don't consider myself a web designer.
