Preceived Income
« on: November 15, 2010, 12:23:20 PM »
I had an issue come up on this and wanted to see what the masses had to say.  In any sort of game environment where you have to keep your account for many days/weeks/months, would you rather have:

A fixed income (100 GP / Day) and the cost of goods stay constant.

or

An increasing income, but the cost of goods increase by the same amount.

I prefer the second, but wanted some other opinions.  Thanks.

Second... change is more interesting imho, of course it would be better to see larger picture 'cause not totally everything has to be this way, but imho some measure of variability through time is needed

more GP per day can make people think they advance - but having 100gp/day when u play for 4 months and u have that the same like some noob.... not really motivational

BUT like Nox said...need to see bigger picture, maybe this 100gp/day is some sort of "tactical" resource which can divide people
