It saddens me, but I will be departing these forums. As some may have noticed, I've been less active in the recent past anyways. My time is being consumed at a rate far beyond my control.
I have immensely enjoyed the past several years watching this community grow and I believe codestryke and nyx have done a great job to keep it going. I've seen lots of cool stuff (despite my feeling that working with HTML5 is premature at this point... doesn't mean I don't look at andrew's HTML5 project and say, "Wow! That's freakin' cool!" kudos to you, by the way, andrew) and I've met lots of people with many different perspectives which have helped
me out quite a bit. It's nice to be exposed to different viewpoints.

Of course, I will miss many of you and if anyone (whether present or future community member) wishes to reach out to me, feel free to contact me at
jgadrow@gmail.com.
A couple of special "shout outs" before I click "logout" for good:
Codestryke: I always thought, even in the Zeggy days, that you were one of the most gifted developers this community had. I wish you continued success with your games and I hope this community grows so large you need 30 servers just to keep it running.

Nyx: (Mostly) silently working to make sure our experience with this community is as pleasant as possible. You've done a great job and I wish to thank you for all of your guys' hard work keeping this community going. Please contact me at your convenience. I'd like to make a small donation to you guys as my final way of giving something back to this community which I have greatly appreciated.
Chris: My mortal enemy and, I hope, good friend. I will miss our back-and-forth banter. lol I sincerely hope that you will drop me a line from time to time. Keep living the dream!
Harkins: You're probably one of my favorite members of this community. We tend to think alike (despite being supporters of different languages... I really do need to find time to pick-up Ruby someday) and I saw early on that you would be a great addition to this community. You don't post as often as some of the others... but when you do, your advice is almost always spot-on. Additionally, you've always comported yourself with dignity and professionalism and I respect that.
Andrewjbaker: Your work on the HTML5 project you have is absolutely amazing. It transports me back to the days of my youth and playing DOS games. Your project is one of those things that I point to and say, "You see this! It's a herald of things to come!" I firmly believe browser-based gaming is
the next gaming destination. Only time will tell.
Lolninja: You've lived up to your namesake many times. lol Additionally, you've got awesome taste in music! lol I wish you all the best! Next time you're down at the pub, knock one back for me!

Everyone else... I'm sorry if I left you out... these are just some of the people that I thought of first... My memory sucks! lol
Take care, all!
