I wonder if wanting to make games is corelated with playing style (Bartle Test) :D
Plus this is a nice test which lets you understand who you are and why you like certain features more than your players.

I have a completely different mindset when I play a game then when I code one. I love to beat the heck out of things, hence my love of all things Diablo and Gauntlet.

ESAK for me, which I think is about right, as I do like wondering around aimlessly in MMO type games, which is also why I don't like it when there is a massive jump from one region to the next, more so when the jump makes little to no sense :S
