Coding Music

What music do your like to code to?

I like the general feel good pop stuff to code to. Like a bit off Pink. I also like listening to punk rock such as  some of Fall Out Boys albums.

Or do you not listen to music at all?

I don't have any separate 'coding music' to listen to, just listen to what I normally listen to :)

Playing right now: Lil' Jon and the Eastside Boyz - Get Low

I have a CD of Disney songs that have been remade into techno versions.
I'm not slacking off. My code's compiling.

lol nice

I have a very diverse set of tastes in music. I leave my playlist on 'random' so I get whatever. When I'm 'really' into coding I don't even hear the music anyways. It really serves to block out the sounds of the world around me which allows me to focus on the task at hand.

Right now I'm listening to Fear Factory - Cars but the song previous was a local band that I was friends with who have a Natalie Merchant sound and before that was Depeche Mode - Clean. The only two genres I rarely hear are rap (hip hop, r&b, or whatever they're calling it today) and country. And even those have some exceptions.

No country for me  :D, but I do like some underground hiphop/rap.

What, you guys don't like Johnny Cash?

I usually listen Dutch or German HC techno or some industrial metal. Although my playlist contains undying songs like Leila K: Electric and 2 Unlimited: No limits.

I can send you pics of my cocks if you want reference.

Johnny Cash is one of my exceptions :)

And when I say 'country' I generally mean 'new-school' country. Ya know, with the over-utilized steel guitars and all that jazz.
