End User Agreement?

What sort of things should go inside the end user agreement for a player, like when you have to agree to sign up for a game.

Well there's the obvious. Or well you're using a EULA it seems instead of a TOS. Well what i'd say is things like.

  • All content on this site is copyright (you or your company)
then ther'es the TOS
  • Your rules obviously.
  • How you're not to be held responsible if they give away their information to a 3rd party and then lose their account.
and such otehr things.
