Favorite Genre

I was wondering what everyone's favorite genre of game is?

Mine is medieval especially medieval strategy, but I do enjoy most any other type of game as long as it is creative and well done.

I agree with medieval strategy as my particular niche interest. However, strategy in general is usually good for me.

Fantasy rpg/ strategy is my thing at the moment.

I'm actually coding a game that will combine those 2 genres together..

Personally I like medieval strategy games the most. I don't enjoy games that have units that use gunpowder. That just seems to take the fun out of the game for me. That is not always true though. I play some games even if they have gunpowder units involved.

The old-school Alien Adoption Agency rip-offs will always be the best. Pimp and gangster games are the worst.
