How many people request their forgotten passwords? Whats the percentage of users that forget their password once, and what other information do you have about those persons?
Do you guys have statistics about that, and can you share it with me?
That would be one of the reasons to have people register with their email address, but if one out of thousand members use it, and that guy is inactive anyway, it of course has no use to take it as an important reason.
