Introducing MoveableMap
« on: March 13, 2008, 09:49:05 AM »
MoveableMap is a javascript library that allows you to turn any block of HTML into a draggable, moveable entity within a viewport. Similar to the draggable behavior of Google Maps, but hopefully very easy to implement.

Demos:
A simple example
Showing clickable links that recenter the map
Even works if the inner block of HTML is a table

More information can be found here:
MoveableMap (or anything else in a viewport)

Hope someone finds this helpful :)

Wow, that looks great :)
I'm not much of a JS expert though, so I doubt I could make anything out of this :P

Very cool. I can already see many ways in which this could be used.

Too bad I'm a nood with Javascript, so I have to learn it before I can use this..

I can send you pics of my cocks if you want reference.
