Honestly though we tried to hunt down this problem a while back and cannot find where in the code it's getting duplicated. We do know it has to do with the portal front end, and neither SMF nor the portal software has any mention of this in there forum or support areas.
One day when we have some time to kill we'll try and fix that problem till then just believe in the power of three
