ProPHP FREE HOST

I think this is a really good host.  It has a lot of space and PHP safe mode is off.

Seems pretty good, I registered and uploaded a forum, and its pretty fast.

The only annoying thing is that they have their tools spread out over a number of sites, but you get a free domain name for life, and large amounts of bandwidth and storage...

Having hosted with them for quite some time now i have to say as of recently there uptime as gone to crap, I have recently been using this space for a game guild website, and almost every morning i wake up and my page is unreachable >.<
(and no there is nothing wrong with my site :P)
