What domain registrar would you guys recommend?

My domain will expire soon, and I was thinking about registering a couple more.  After reading the complaints about godaddy on this forum, I decided to look for a new registrar.  I already have a host, so which registrar would you guys recommend?

I use 1and1. I can find complains about 1and1 if I google it. But I don't think the registrar choice is critical. There is not much a registrar can do to screw the customer.
