About your site. I suggest you don't use frames / tables (instead use div's and css for positioning) and use an external style sheet (with classes and ids) instead of putting it all directly between your html code.
Have you already learn php/mysql or another programming language? You should take it slow. First learn html and css in the right way and then go to the harder stuff. That way you won't give up so easily later on, even though it can seem (and it is!) much.
