thought that would get ur attention!

GRAND THEFT AUTO

is definately my fave game - so far!

was horrified when i tried to play classic xbox gta san andreas & it didn't work.
dloaded the emu & it kicks ass! (easy to find too)

i suppose most of u who play gta on pc?

Huh, I didn't know that you could play xbox games on the pc.  I'll have to check that out.

GTA (most) have PS2, xbox & pc versions.
pc versions r kinda cool cos u can mod ur cars & characters etc

but there are emulators for pc which apprently work, i wouldn't know cos the roms r bout 4gb each...

There are currently no working emulators for the PS2, xbox, or gamecube.
There are some under development, but none that can actually play comercial roms. =P

Having cleared that up, I played the PC version awhile back and it was pretty fun, although I had graphics gritches here and there which were annoying.

I back you up on that comrade. The only recent games console emulator I know that works is a Playtstion One. Alot of the recent ones are just viruses.

They are currently developing GTA Vice City Stories which looks quite good. I know a site that runs a text based multiplayer GTA style game but not really played it.

technically the xbox360 backward compatibility "patch" is an emu.
& i have found a few working emu's for xbox, but yer they r pretty sketchy & u gotta do a bit of moddin to ur mediacentre etc.

pc GTA is a bit bumpy - i agree. make sure u have backups  ;)

I got it for christmas last year on PC and i still play it now and then to kill people
Vice City was like 2-3 CDs and San Andreas is down to one which is good, and no loading times except in and out of buildings, its awesome

yep, i heard its got gang warz and those kinda stuff, but it gonna be exactly the same as the old one, most of the gta's are based on each other, it will be good, 29 april it out i think?
