CeasterTrade (my first game) going online

Hey everyone,

I've been here on the forums for a while now, and all that time I've been working on my first online game project. In that time I started to love you all ( :-*) so you're all invited to check it out.

My game, CeasterTrade, is going online in 2 days (on Wednesday). It's only for testing and preview though. Gathering feedback for further development.

I can't register because apparently my email address is invalid (it passes the javascript test though).

edit: my email contains a '-' which I guess is the problem
nosql or nodb?

still getting that error where I cannot train my workers to work because it does not "find" axe in my warehouse.

Game looks nice, was bit confusing what to do but after reading the wiki i knew a bit what to do.
Its not my kind of game but its something different. Keep up the good work!

Thanks ^^. It's a pity that the economy didn't really get off, but at least I think I know the reasons. Too much players needed, slightly to difficult for newer players.

It's the first time I put a game online so it's really interesting. Especially that I can't experience how it must be if your new to the game. I've been developing it for so long I know every feature, I know how it works. The inside and the outside... It's so big a difference standing on the other side. Not being a player, but being a developer.

I got to design my game from a player's view, but I can't play it from a player's view.

I'll definitely write about it on my blog in a few days...

I know the feeling, i also have that. Hard to get to play your own games from a players viewpoint. But there you have beta testers for i geuss.
And for a good economy you need many players yea, if you have alot of players this can become a realy nice economy game.
