Im not really looking for any programmers, or anythign of the such, or to even "show progress" id just kinda like to know were to find a good place to advertise a game is?

Free advertising - go for voting sites http://www.lordsgame.com/votepublic.php?a=more

Paid advertising - for starters try projectwonderful. Move you eyes to the top of the page and click "Your ad could be here, right now.", then search for "MMORPG, MMOG, MMO, PBBG, browser based" you should get a list of places to advertise that have similar audience. Of course there is more of such advert networks.
