Oil Conquest is to be a very beautiful PBBG, something that most PBBGs don't have (good looks). Its a very fast paced tournament style PBBG that is based around territory management.
The goal of the game is to outlast after 4 months of game play, if you get into a war and die after the first 3 months you can just jump back in and play, and then for the last month, if you lose in your war, you are out of the game until either everyone is dead (1 left) or the last month is up.

If anyone would like to help out, be it coding (pretty much wrapping everything up at this point, however, I have a huge project that I need some help with that deals with pop3 scripting), forum moderation, or just simple help and guidance please apply below with your current experience.

Well, I could possibly help out with forum moderation or just helping out. I am not that fluent with coding just yet, but will be learning some very soon by reading books I borrowed from the Public Library on Javascript and/or C++.
