You could always have some affiliation on your site. Tradedoubler have lots of different categories and some high pay rates.

It looks like a CPA program... :(
They pay a lot but there's a low conversion rate... Since the visitor has to buy something first.

Yeah it's basically a place full of advertisers. It's ok if you just want a page full of banners/text links or have a few banners placed around your website advertising some companies relevant to the site.

I have got PayPal banner on my site for the members who don't own a paypal account and need to in order to purachase in-game credits.

I know a few affiliation sites, Comission Junction, BuyAt and Affiliiate Future are probabily the better ones, I was making on average ?140 ($267.061) per month before I redone my website. I still need to add them and start making some money again. I will also consider using other money making schemes.

Trade doubler occasionally do very, very low paid CPC as well as CPA, but it is rare.

I sometimes run campaigns if I think they will convert well on my site, but usually it hasn't been worth it and other advertisers seem to perform better :(
