I'm new to this and i need help and tips to make the game.

If you have helped me i promise to pay you back if you join my game when it has finished.

I just need a normal easy programme to make my starter game

just asking for help is a bit difficult for us to provide it.

Why don't you ask some general question? Or a question-catalogue? This way the help will be much more accurate and you'll probably profit more of it.

First off, welcome ukdude94
When you say you want to make a game, what type of game do you want? Do you want it to be a text game, or maybe flash? Because frankly, I don't think there are any programs that will 'help' you make a text game.

I too am new  :/ and I'm looking for basically...a guide or sumething that tells me what i need to create a text based game...I do learn fast and most of the time I self teach by reading alot...but on this website i don't know where to start :S

We have a few threads from the other forums and you might learn something by reading those.
Basically, starting with the basics, you need to learn HTML, then learn PHP or ASP.
