Make the signup simplier (you do not need First name, Last name, etc)
Disable email validation (since you desperately need players multiaccounts are secondary issue)
Change the colours (dark gray on black is simply not visible, so I can not play your game even if I really wanted to since I won't see much unles I mess with my monitor settings)

Have you tried TopRPGames Banner Exchange... rather than advertising you can do that

Other gaming sites offer the same... could be worth a shot never used it myself but, could do some good things for you.
