How much do you pay per active member?

I would consider an active member someone that logins x ammount of times during a certain period AND performs x ammount of actions each session.

Where do you advertise to get active members that you pay for? Does you use some sort of CPA network?

Why? Is there any problem with them? I was using it for a while and everything seemed fine (but I rarely use paid advertising so I can not really compare).
