No reason you shouldn't be able to that I can think of... Kings of Chaos was made by a couple of kids in high school, and back a few years ago, that site was doing pretty well and making some good money. All things considered, it still is.

If your game design and programming skills are up to the task, then there's absolutely no reason you can't do it.  Always remember that, on the internet, nobody knows you're a dog (or a minor).

So... if we say you can't you won't try to do it? :D

If we say "Sure! It is easy, go for it!" then you will get discouraged and quit when you face the unevitable obstacles and harsh realities of gamemaking and start to think you are not suitable for this. If we say "It is really hard! You have to train zillion years before you can do it!" then you will get discouraged and not even start. All possible answers lead to bad consequences for you :D

It may even be more feasible, since you have no job etc. to slow you down.

If you'd like to do it there's no reason not to try... even in case of not finishing or not great success you might still enjoy the creation itself AND/OR learn something in the process

win-win case...

Age limits shouldn't exist in a modern society.

It'll be exactly as easy/hard as it would be for anyone else with the same amount of coding experience.
Projects: Pith Framework (at 0.5), CactusGUI (at 0.3)
