Do anyone of you know a game where a (medieval) navigation map it's shown? I need to view some examples...

For my game i need to display a europe map with cities and when the player hover on cities, display dinamically some data.

I think it can be done with html maps but i wonder if there are some plugins that can be integrated.

Polymaps is good if you need to create your own tiles.
