Sites with paid layouts

I can not google it, I always get a bunch of free layout download sites. Do you know of any forum of freelance layout makers? Or reasonable companies that make layouts? I'm especially looking for fantasy layouts (most around are just some boring and plain business layouts).

If they design well, who cares if they designed the layout for a mccode game or have a few problems with their site?

You can check out ThemeForest. It's a theme marketplace where you can find some very good yet very cheap website templates. How about a samurai theme?
